Location for events and meetings

“Monte Brollo” is a recently renovated farm, located on the Italian Apennines between Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna, on the old “Futa road” that connects Bologna to Florence.
With a breath-taking view, the farm is surrounded by a beautiful park and few hectars of land.

The farm is composed of the main building, the barn and the oven-house, where fragrant bread and pizzas can be baked.

The house offers:
- 4 bed-rooms
- 3 bath-rooms (1 on the ground-floor with laundry)
- 1 big, fully-equipped kitchen
- 2 living-rooms with fire-place
- 1 veranda
- 1 big terrace-solarium

Well-functioning heating system and air-conditioning system are present in all sleeping-rooms (both renovated in 2008). The furniture is rustic with style.
Both the veranda and one of the living-rooms is suited for meetings/conferences or for the setting-up of banquets. The veranda can also be used as cloak-room.

The huge park around the house is an ideal space for events like weddings, birthday parties but also for initiatives like meetings and open-air courses and activities.
The barn is ideal for setting up welcome cocktails.

The small “oven-house” close to the kitchen can be used for baking bread and pizzas in the context of cooking classes.

A stay at “Montebrollo” offers the unique opportunity to taste the silence and the deep contact with nature. Excursions by foot and by bike are possible starting from the farm. At the same time the house is located near some of the most interesting cultural and artistic sites such as Bologna, Florence, Milan, Venice and Padua. The Adriatic coast (Rimini, Riccione) lies 1 hour away by car. The important fair-district lies 35 minutes car-drive away.

The nearest village, Pianoro, offers all the necessary services for a relaxing holiday: shopping malls, banks, sport facilities (the modern outdoor swimming-pool and the Golf-club “Il Mulino del Pero” just 20 minutes car-ride away). The village is also connected to Bologna through buses and a railway station. The airport “G. Marconi” is 30 minutes car-drive away. The highway A1 exit of Sasso Marconi lies 15 km away.
